About The Print
Can I getanything on my slides?
Almost anything. We are only allowed to print copyright images, logos, and words that we have the rights to use.
For more information on licensed designs, please see the "Licensed Designs" section below. ISlide also reserves the right to refuse to print any design that is deemed as inappropriate or offensive.
What part of the slide can be printed?
See the highlighted areas below.
For prints that bleed off or split between both top straps, there will be a cut off of your design on the inside of the straps. The cutoff will be about 1 inch from the footbed.
Will my slides be printed exactly how I designed them?
Yes — where you (or how you) place your logos, images, words, designs, and anything else is where they will print. If you have any special requests after designing, please add them to the "Special Instructions to Seller" box at check out. Each order is hand printed by real people, and there could be minor, but small differences. We appreciate your understanding.
*Please note that colors can vary between monitors and printers – the color you see on your monitor may not be exactly the same as the color printed on our printers. For example, tonal pops and shadows on your screen can print slightly darkerand will be matte. We cannot print neon or metallic colors such as gold, silver, or copper.
I don't know what logo I want, can you help me design my slides?

Can I upload images on my iPhone and iPad?
Yes, though we recommend using a desktop for the best experience and results. You can use a photo that's already in your collection or take a picture on the spot and upload it in our customizer.
My logo is low resolution or poor quality, what can I do?
We can help you! Our in-house design team can recreate your logo. Art fees are $100/hour, with the average logo about 30 minutes to make. Art turnaround time is 1-3 business days.
About the Order
How long does it take to make my slides?
Every ISlide pair is made to order and printed in the USA.
The order will be held until the team shop closes then all orders will be shipped together. If you have questions during the post order period, please reach out to customerservice@islideusa.com or call us at +1 585.547.5433.
How long does it take to ship my slides?
Processing orders takes about 3-6 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Shipping within the US can take 3-10 business days and shipping internationally can take 2-4 weeks.
Can orders be shipped outside of the US?
Yes, we ship internationally and the option is available during checkout.
How long does it take if my slides are being shipped internationally?
International shipping times are not guaranteed, but shipping to Canada and the UK usually takes around 2 weeks. It can take as long as 3 weeks for the rest of Europe, Australia and Asia.
Do you offer overnight or expedited delivery of ISlide products?
Yes we do offer expedited delivery at a certain fee. Please contact Customer Service with wanted delivery date and shipping zip code for a quote.
Can I return or exchange my ISlides?
If you experience size issues with inline, shop or licensed products, you may exchange it within 30 days from the purchase date for another size or ISlide credit.
Can I cancel my order after I have completed check out?
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Changes can only be made to your order if Customer Service reaches out to you about an issue with your design. Reasons could be, but not limited to copyrighted images, copyright infringement, inappropriate images, etc.
*Each order will be finalized 24 hours after it is placed. No changes can be made to an order after 24 hours. If you need to request a change within 24 hours, please email customerservice@islideusa.com.
What payment options does ISlide accept?
PayPal, Sezzle, Venmo, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Team and bulk orders can be paid via credit card or check.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized (side text) slide products as every pair is unique to the purchaser. We ask that you make sure the size, design and spelling is 100% correct prior to placing order.

Can I get whatever I want printed on my slides?
ISlide reserves the right to refuse orders based on usage of inappropriate language or trademark infringements; but yes, pretty much anything else goes.
About The Products
We have unisex sizing. A good rule of thumb:
If you wear a size 7 or 7.5 in women's, we recommend a size 6 in the Mantra, 5/6 in the Motto, and a Medium in Socks.
If you wear a size 12 in men's, we recommend a size 12 in the Mantra, 11/13 in the Motto, and XL in Socks.
