A Day at the Lab: Lexie Brown

The ISlide team welcomed a special guest to the lab yesterday. Lexie Brown came through to meet the squad and receive the complete ISlide experience. Lexie, a recent Connecticut Suns first-round draft pick from Duke University just wrapped up a college career full of awards and accolades including being a 3x Associated Press Third Team All-American. Some of you may also recall Lexie’s father, Dee Brown. A former Boston Celtic and NBA Dunk Contest Champion.

This spring, Lexie became one of our first Ambassadors and today she got a first-hand look inside the brand she is proudly apart of. The team planned a fun-filled day, which started with her being introduced to the team and given a tour of headquarters. Shortly after, she sat down with one of our top graphic designers to customize a pair of slides and immediately add it to her collection on our website.

Naturally, we couldn’t have a basketball player in the office without having a friendly competition on the court, so after Lexie finished designing her new pair of slides, ISlide Janitor and CEO, Justin challenged her to a game of M-A-N-T-R-A with 20 push-ups on the line.
